What You Need to Know
Orders will be dispatched using An post or DPD. Where goods are in stock delivery 1-5 days within the Republic of Ireland. Where goods are out of stock and available to order, we will contact you on receipt of order informing you of expected replenishment date for any goods ordered.
DELIVERIES WITHIN IRELAND Southern & Northern
All deliveries within Ireland are delivered FREE Of CHARGE.
DELIVERY TO UK
All deliveries to UK are subject to a carriage charge of € 10.00.There may be additional charges for heavy goods. You will be notified directly if such a charge is necessary.
WORLDWIDE
We export all over the world. All delivery charges include handling fees such as packaging and packing costs. Please allow up to 14 working days after your order has been dispatched for delivery.
RETURNS
The Small Print
Goods supplied from our on-line store may be returned for a full refund less postage, on items that are unsoiled and in the same condition as dispatched, if returned within 28 days of receipt of sale.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so make sure its packed up properly. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of despatch.
Good being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and safety Act 1972.
